Choose your rhythm

Every class carries strength, breath, and stillness.

Vaishnavi blends Ashtanga Vinyasa, Hatha Vinyasa, Pranayama, and meditative awareness within her classes. The emphasis shifts with the batch and student needs, but the practice stays rooted in alignment, breath, and steady progression.

Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga

The active, heat-building part of practice. It supports stamina, sweat, strength, and a more consistent fitness rhythm.

This layer is woven in when the practice calls for energy, movement, stamina, and a stronger breath-led flow.

Hatha Vinyasa Yoga

The alignment and focus layer of practice. It helps you strengthen muscles, understand postures, and move with the breath.

This is included as careful posture work, alignment cues, steadier holds, and mindful transitions inside the regular class structure.

Pranayama & Meditation

The breath and stillness layer of practice. It helps you breathe better, calm the system, and build inner steadiness.

Breath-work and meditative awareness are added to support the class, especially when students need calm, clarity, and a deeper connection to the practice.
